1 oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz Sparkling Wine

Shake gin, juice and syrup vigorously with ice
Strain into a champagne flute
Top with up to 1 ½ oz sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon twist
