| Thai Hot & Sour Shrimp |

| Ingredients for Thai Hot and Sour Shrimp |
6 Jumbo Shrimp
3 cup Chicken Stock
31/2 oz straw Mushrooms, halved
6 Cherry Tomatoes
1 fresh Lemon, stem cut into short lengths
2-3 Kefir Lime Leaves, torn
3 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
4 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
5-6 fresh Hot Thai Chilies, just broken with pestle
1/2 cup Cilantro, for garnish |

| Method for Thai Hot and Sour Shrimp |
• Place the stock in a pot, add the lemon grass and
kefir lime leaves, and bring to boil over medium
heat.
• Add mushroom, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar;
cook slowly and uncovered for 10 minutes.
Do not stir.
• Then add the tomatoes, chilies, and jumbo
shrimps then cook for 5 more minutes.
• Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro. |
