Executive Chef Johnny Romo

Johnny Romo, native austenite, is the Executive Chef of Sampaio’s Brazillian Restaurant. His career started at age 16 working in fas food restaurants and grew into Fine Dining Cuisine, specializing in steaks, pastas, seafood and regional Brazilian fod. Johnny began at Sampaio’s February, 2006 as Sous Chef and immediately moved to Pastry and then Executive Chef.
